2010 TGA membership – $65.00
The Taos Gallery Association Executive Board recently met with Matthew Spriggs, Economic Development Director for the Town of Taos, to discuss how the TGA could better align itself with the Arts & Cultural District initiations. As a result of this meeting it was decided to refocus our efforts and reduce membership fees. The following is a list of membership benefits and it is important that you know that the TGA now enjoys recognition as a voice for the galleries and their artists on many levels. We look forward to a successful year in 2010.
The TGA’s goals continue to focus on working with and supporting the art community, the community at large, and to raise money for local charities. Our annual “Out of Your Gourd” event raises monies for Shared Table which feeds the needy. Participation in the annual Festival of Trees provides funds monies for our Scholarship Fund which is awarded to High School student/s focused on a degree in the arts.
