The first Saturday of each month, many galleries in Taos feature demos, receptions with new works, and meet the artist events. Regular hours are often extended to be open later than usual. Taos is unique with our high concentration of  galleries, studios, historic sites and museums within easy walking distance of each other, not to mention the hidden gems outside of the Historic District.
